Legalizing would lower our taxes or at least boost our economy

But my question is, do they really know what will happen in the future? Maybe they should address other issues on how to prevent that. Such as making certain laws and regulations on it. There is a way to prevent abuse of it. Maybe the abuse of marijuana would decrease. No one knows what the future holds
